• The Mindful Student: Twenty grade-specific, versatile mindfulness activities that facilitate emotional regulation, self-awareness, and overall student well-being and correspond with a core lesson within the curriculum.
• Emotions Posters: Three colorful posters that feature engaging illustrations and descriptions of what emotions feel and look like in order to allow students to gain insight into why we have emotions and how they range in intensities.
